Jet lag is a timing problem. The fix is giving the body a strong daytime signal when it is daytime where you are going, a strong nighttime signal when it is night there, and immune support through the whole trip, because airplanes and hotels are where people get sick. This kit is built from the way I set up patients before travel.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

Tro+ Blue → methylene blue for steady energy on the destination's clock; swallowed, not buccal

HOW I USE IT:

BEFORE YOU PACK IT:

Methylene blue is serotonergic. If you take an SSRI, SNRI, MAOI, tramadol, or another serotonergic medication, do not use Tro+ Blue without your prescriber's clearance. Not for pregnancy, breastfeeding, or G6PD deficiency. Tro+ Blue carries a blood pressure caution. Expect blue-green urine for a few hours; it is harmless.
