How to use
Suggested starting amount: Begin with 1/8 to 1/4 troche and increase gradually only as needed, up to 1 full troche per dose.
How to take it: Place the troche between your gum and upper cheek and let it dissolve completely. It can also be swallowed on an empty stomach, though the dose may need to be higher for the same effect.
Timing: Onset within 15 to 20 minutes; effects last about 6 to 8 hours. Typically non-sedating, so it can be taken during the day.
Maximum amount: Do not exceed 4 whole troches in a 24-hour period unless directed by your healthcare practitioner.
