How to use
Suggested dosing: 1/4 to 2 troches daily, as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
How to take it: For immediate immune support, place the troche between your gum and upper cheek and let it dissolve (onset 15 to 20 minutes). It can also be swallowed on an empty stomach.
Timing: Evening before bed, or in the morning alongside Blue Cannatine or caffeine. Effects last 4 to 6 hours.
Maximum amount: Do not exceed 4 troches per day unless directed by your healthcare practitioner.
