Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be longer during sales, promotions, product launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. Available shipping methods and costs will be shown before you complete your order. Shopify supports shipping-policy pages directly from the Policies section, and shipping timelines should be public-facing.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates begin after order processing and depend on the shipping method selected, destination, carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other factors outside our control. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, carrier delays may occur outside our control. If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members, neighbors, your local carrier, and your delivery location before contacting us. We may assist with carrier claims when appropriate, but we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 business days of delivery at contact@hmwlc.comand include your order number and clear photos of the package and product.

Shipping Restrictions

We ship to select international destinations where available at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country if international shipping is offered.
