Most sleep complaints are one of three problems, and they need different tools. This kit covers all three so you can find which one is yours, then reorder only what you need.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

Tro Zzz → sleep onset: honokiol, adenosine, 5-HTP and a modest dose of melatonin for the nights you cannot switch off
Tro+ Somna → sleep maintenance for 3 a.m. waking; choose with or without melatonin
Tro+ Mune → cordycepin for slow-wave sleep and recovery, the night product I use most

HOW I USE IT:

One product at a time, quarter troche to start, and change only one thing per week so you can tell what worked. BEFORE YOU START:

Do not stack these with prescription sleep medication, alcohol, or other sedatives without talking to me. Tro Zzz contains 5-HTP, so if you take an SSRI or SNRI, check with your prescriber first. If you snore loudly or wake unrefreshed every day, ask about a sleep study before buying anything.
