How to use
Start with 1/4 to 1/2 troche and increase gradually as needed. Place the troche between your gum and upper cheek and allow it to dissolve completely. When used buccally, onset may occur in about 15–20 minutes. If swallowed on an empty stomach, onset may take 60–90 minutes.
