How to take it
Directions: Take four capsules before breakfast and four capsules before 3 PM, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Do not take after 3 PM; the amino acids are energizing and can affect sleep.
Tip: Take on an empty stomach for best absorption of the amino acids.
